With subsequent St. Barbara celebration at the clubhouse of the Trachtenverein Steirerherzen Seegraben!

On Friday, December 4, 2026, as part of the Barbara celebrations in Leoben, the traditional festive mass will take place in the parish church of Leoben St. Xaver, followed by a devotion at the Barbara Chapel in Seegraben. Together with traditional associations such as the Trachtenverein and the Knappschaft Steirerherzen Seegraben, as well as the local population, the Saint Barbara will be commemorated – in gratitude and connection with the mining customs of the region.

Program Points:

Festive service in the parish church of Leoben St. Xaver at 9:00 a.m.
followed by devotion at the Barbara Chapel in Leoben-Seegraben (including free bus shuttle to the chapel)
concluding Barbara celebration at the clubhouse of Steirerherzen Seegraben (Veitsbergweg 1, 8700 Leoben)
