Skijak at Trabocher Lake combines kayaking and water sports for a unique nature and movement experience. Whether it's a sporting challenge or fun on the water – Skijak offers a special experience for everyone who enjoys being active.
Requirements for Participation
Skijak is a physically demanding leisure activity. Prerequisites for participation are secure swimming skills as well as corresponding basic physical fitness.
The use of Skijak equipment is allowed from the age of 14 or from a height of 160 cm.
Training
For all first-time users, training is mandatory. The use of the Skijak is only permitted after successful training or with appropriate prior knowledge.
Skijak training sessions and instructions take place on Friday afternoons by prior arrangement. A minimum number of participants for the training is two individuals. The maximum group size is five individuals.
Rental
The Skijak equipment can be rented during the specified opening hours at Michi’s Seeschenke.
The use of the Skijak equipment at Trabocher Lake costs 20.00 euros per hour per person.
Safety and Liability
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory throughout the entire usage period.
Participation is at one’s own risk. By using the Skijak equipment, participants confirm that they have sufficient swimming skills and the required physical fitness.
