The KulturQuartier Leoben combines MuseumsCenter, Kunsthalle, and city library under one roof. Exhibitions, local history, contemporary art, and a diverse event program make it a vibrant cultural center in the heart of the Leoben old town.

The KulturQuartier Leoben in the heart of the historic old town is a vibrant place for culture, history, art, and encounter. In a successful combination of historical substance and modern architecture, it unites the MuseumsCenter Leoben, the Kunsthalle, and the city library under one roof.

At the MuseumsCenter Leoben, visitors gain exciting insights into more than 1,100 years of city history. The Kunsthalle presents changing exhibitions of contemporary Austrian art and offers space for current artistic positions.

As a venue and meeting place, the KulturQuartier invites exhibitions, readings, lectures, concerts, and other cultural events throughout the year. The city library complements the offering as a place for reading, learning, and lingering.

There is also plenty on offer for children and school classes: The Young Museum excites with varied programs, workshops, and educational offers that make history and art experienceable in exciting ways.

The KulturQuartier Leoben connects the past and the present and is one of the most significant cultural and educational institutions in the city.
