The landlord rely entirely on traditional strengths.

Only Austrian products are used, some such as herbs, salads or vegetables come seasonally from the inn´s own garden.
Particularly important for the gourmet chef is the personal contact with his suppliers, only the best quality of products and a fresh preparation of the dishes.

But time is also dedicated to the guests to fulfill individual wishes and create a cozy ambience.
