The unique building complex, commissioned by Baron Gutmann between 1905 and 1910, was originally used as a stud farm with a racetrack. Since 1933, it has been owned by the Princely House of Liechtenstein, but in recent decades, the buildings have only served as a workshop and residential house.

The historic building has been revitalized and modernized while preserving the old structural elements. The revival of the old stud farm will provide necessary impulses for various events in the region.
