In 2019, it will be exactly 20 years since Sonja and Richard Rauch took over the traditional house and gradually transformed it into one of Austria's leading addresses. 4 Gault-Millau bonnets, 5 A la Carte stars, 3 Falstaff forks or the award "Gault-Millau Chef of the Year 2015" are just some of the many honours for the cuisine of Richard Rauch, who is now present in Austria and Germany as a TV chef. His cuisine is deeply rooted in Styria, but without neglecting to look beyond his plate to the Alpe-Adria region.
