• Conditions

  Conditions for renting rooms at the Demeter Weingut Monschein:

  1. Booking and reservation: - Your reservation becomes valid through a booking confirmation. - Please let us know in advance if you have any special requirements so that we can best prepare for them.

  2. Cancellation policy: - Cancellations up to 14 days before the planned arrival date are free of charge. - Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount. If canceled less than a week before the day of arrival, we will charge 90% of the total arrangement price.

  3. Payment: - The total cost of your stay is due upon check-in. - We accept cash and major credit cards.

  4. Single occupancy: - possible with a surcharge of 30€/night

  5. Discounts: - From 6 nights we grant a free night

  6. Children and extra beds: - Children of all ages are welcome. - Children up to 3 years old can stay in their parents' bed free of charge. Extra beds including bed linen are available upon request and at an additional cost of €25.

  7. Pets: - Pets are allowed upon request. - Please inform us of your pet in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements as not all rooms are suitable for pets. The surcharge per pet per night is €20

  8. Check-in and check-out: - Check-in is possible between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. - Individual check-in and check-out times can be arranged by prior arrangement.

  9. Smoking Policy: - Our rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor areas.
