The holiday home "Klöcher Sunseitn" is located in Pirchweingarten at an elevated position with a view of the golf course, embedded among vineyards, in the heart of the thermal and wine region of Southeast Styria and right next to the Slovenian border. Here you will enjoy a quiet location with a beautiful view while still experiencing typical "country life".
With approximately 140m² of living and usable space, the holiday home is designed for up to 6 people. Upon request, there is an additional sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
A mix of country house style and industrial design creates a pleasant atmosphere.
The entire living area features parquet flooring, while the sanitary areas and basement rooms are completed with fine stoneware.
The spacious terrace offers a panoramic view over the golf course all the way to Slovenia and the Koralm, partially covered and paved with natural stone travertine.
