Our Hoamatshaus is several hundred years old,
Currently, the house still has its old facade, but don’t be fooled by that. Inside, it is very cozy.
Modern and old have been combined.
600sqm of land lead to the idyllic stream.
The public playground is reachable in just a few minutes.
Perfect for a bathing holiday as it is easily accessible on foot.
The thermal baths Bad Blumau, Bad Waltersdorf, Therme Stegersbach are easily reachable in 10 minutes (by car).
The water castle Burgau is also in the neighborhood. Inns in Burgau provide suitable culinary options.
You are also welcome to visit us at our farm in Grafendorf.

I am Helga and the Hoamatshaus is my original home.
Currently, I live at my vacation on the farm with horses.
Our Hoamatshaus is completely newly furnished on the inside.
The exterior currently still has the
old facade, which we plan to renew in autumn 2025.
I love animals, nature, people, and old buildings.
