The Rath family's wine farm is located directly on the Kaskögerl hiking trail.
As a sideline, the Rath family passionately runs a small winery in Poppendorf 43, located directly on the "Kaskögerlweg".
The 1.5ha terroir on which the wine grows, ranges from shell limestone to sandy loam soils. The wines are typical, fruity, classic whites, as well as more intense reds and whites, some of which are aged in wood. Both in the vineyard and in the wine cellar, we focus on gentle natural processing and attention to detail, which can be experienced when enjoying our wines.
Products: Our "Summer Love Wines" (Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, Souvignier Gris, Muscaris, Zweigelt, Zweigelt white, Chardonnay, Frizzante) are available from the farm and tastings are possible by appointment.
