Our paradise is located on an idyllic four-sided courtyard in Pertlstein near Fehring, which has been family-owned for generations. Surrounded by a generous natural garden, which not only houses lush flowers, herbs, and fruit trees, but also a variety of beneficial animals such as bees, butterflies, and ladybugs, we create an environment shaped by garden, plants, and seasonal changes. Here, everything grows in harmony with the seasons, and this is reflected in our philosophy. Walhalla stands for creativity, conscious processing, and naturalness.

Our products are created in small, limited quantities, always from the best ingredients our region has to offer. We work with what nature provides us and utilize everything – from fruit waste that is processed into fine shrubs to vegetable greens that are transformed into delicious pestos.
