We operate our viticulture in Kirchbach-Zerlach – in a place where wine is not at the center of agriculture and is precisely why it is something special.
We have consciously chosen our path and built our vineyards step by step, with joy in the work and a clear ambition for what we do.

Our Vineyards – Diversity and Character
 
Our areas are nestled between the Styrian Volcano Land and the Grabenland, in a varied landscape of hills, small valleys, and open fields. Each vineyard has its own character, shaped by location, soil, and climate.
The work in the vineyards is a handcrafted passion for us: vine pruning, canopy management, observation, and soil care. This creates a vibrant vineyard that shows new facets with each vintage. Each site carries its own signature, which later becomes discernible in the wine.
In the cellar, it is about preserving what has grown outside. We process the grapes gently, monitor the fermentation attentively, and choose the maturation based on the character of the wine. We focus on calm, patience, and precision to make the peculiarities of each site visible.
