Terra Cervisiae Schützing

Since 2019, master fruit grower Stefan Kirchengast has been brewing exceptional craft beers at the family-run Kirchengast Fruit Farm in the Styrian Volcano Land – handcrafted, organic, and deeply rooted in the region. The brewery is an extension of the traditional farm, which has been producing premium-quality fruit brandies, liqueurs, and honey for many years.

Ingredients include, among others, farm-grown ingredients such as elderflower, currants, and wild hop that is harvested around the farm. In 2024, the brewery officially switched to organic production, following the sustainable philosophy of the operation, which has been bio-certified since 2016.

The beer range takes you on flavor journeys – from citrus-fresh aromas reminiscent of Sorrento to dark, robust notes like those imagined in a club in Havana. Particularly popular: the “Schützing” beer, named after the hometown and refined with wild hop.

Awarded the Steirisches Vulkanland brand license and listed on the Route66 of culinary discoveries, our family business stands for quality and authenticity.
