Running is one of the simplest and best methods of endurance training. In addition to the positive effects on your health and the increase in quality of life that goes along with these effects, you can optimally ease your mind in the open air.

In Bad Blumau you can renew your strength and store up your energy on a very well sign-posted 6.2 km running path. For the most part, the path runs through beautifully mixed woodlands.

The running club "Laufdichfit" meets every Monday (not on public holidays) at 6:30 p.m. in the Rogner Bad Blumau thermal spa. Three different groups are given individualized tips according to each group’s performance level. Even beginners will find this an ideal step into the sport of running.

Later, you can regenerate at the hot springs and sauna facilities.
