Riedler Wein

The love for wine is clearly palpable at Riedler Wein. At Prädiberg near Feldbach, with a wide view towards Riegersburg, the Riedler family has been managing their vineyards for around 40 years. For many years, the grapes were delivered to renowned Styrian wineries - today Waltraud and Josef Riedler are bottling selected wines under their own brand for the first time, taking a new step in the development of the family business.

From the previous production operation, a refinement business with a wine tavern is emerging, which will soon provide space for tastings and presentations. The location directly on the popular hiking trail of the Fisswaldweg makes Riedler Wein an attractive destination for hikers and connoisseurs who wish to combine a break with a regional wine experience.

Currently, the range includes Welschriesling, Weißburgunder, Morillon, as well as a fruity blend of Zweigelt and Wildbacher. The Frizzante “s’Roserl” adds a sparkling wine to the offer. Other varieties such as Goldmuskateller and Sauvignon Blanc have already been planted. In the coming years, the operation will gradually be expanded with suitable cellar technology to further develop its own wine style.

In the vineyards, the Riedler family relies on careful variety selection, manual labor, and location-appropriate cultivation. This results in characterful wines, where experience, origin, and passion are palpable.
