Every day in the "Lebensfroh" restaurant, a selected menu is offered on a buffet basis. The best ingredients are delivered fresh from regional and organic small farms and processed into high-quality dishes. Fresh bread and pastries are baked at buffet islands right in the restaurant, cakes are taken out of the oven before your eyes. Meat and cheese are matured in glass cabinets. Noodles are handmade and refined in the wok.
