Fritz Rauer manages - together with his family - a farm that has been in operation for five generations in Bierbaum near Bad Blumau. To facilitate the understanding of production, one can observe it in Rauers Vitaminreich, an adventure world. From the seed to the crunchy vegetables, one can experience the creation of the products and then taste them.

Fritz Rauer is a visionary vitamin tinkerer, passionate enjoyment expert, and innovative pioneer in the field of local superfood. The flagship product is undoubtedly the organic sprouts from the Rauer household. Additionally, crunchy vegetables, various salads, and fine oils are cultivated and processed. In plant protection, alongside conventional methods, beneficial insects are also used, which act as natural opponents to pests. The use of beneficial insects can reduce the use of pesticides.

Guided tours for teams, students, guests, ... starting from 5 people:

Duration: approx. 1.5 – 2 hours (tour of the vegetable production facility + tasting)

approx. 2 – 2.5 hours (incl. tour of the raw material & food processing facility + tasting)

Costs: 12.00 € / person (incl. tasting and VAT)

Join us on a experience tour through our Vitamin-rich area! Here, not only can you experience the cultivation and processing of crunchy vegetables, vitamin-rich sprouts, and fine oils, but you can also understand, feel, and taste them. You will gain insights into the entire production process – from seed to harvest. Along the way, you’ll also receive practical expert knowledge.

After each tour, there will, of course, be a tasting of our products and the opportunity to purchase these and many other products in our farm shop.
