Alles Nudel oder was? Fast! Bei der Nudl Stubn in Gnas dreht sich fast alles um die Nudel. Im Sommer werden zusätzlich von Tomaten, Paprika und Gurken angeboten. 

In 1997, Johann and Roswitha Reiß took over the farm in Thien in southeastern Styria. Subsequently, the farm was converted from pig fattening to direct marketing.

The daughter of the house is with great passion already for 6 years with in the business. She will continue this with great pleasure to direct marketing in a few years itself.

From the own milling wheat the family produces noodles in different forms:

  • Spirals

  • hand-rolled spaghetti

  • soup noodles
  • soup noodles
  • ribbon noodles in various flavors (mushroom, wild garlic, curry, garlic, pumpkin)
