Neuherz vinegar specialties

More than 20 years ago, Elfriede and Gerhart Neuherz decided to produce and sell their own vinegar. The simple reason for this: Elfi wanted to lose weight with the help of apple cider vinegar. For her endeavor, her husband Gerhart built a small vinegar production facility to make the apple cider vinegar himself. Since then, they have been captivated by vinegar and everything related to it, and have expanded their "production facility" as well as the orchard in Unterlamm. The significant time investment and passion for vinegar have certainly paid off, as to this day they can celebrate over 70 awards for their farm specialties.

The offerings from Elfriede and Gerhart Neuherz even extend to mustard, of course made in-house.
