The NOOM Biershop in Breitenfeld 30, Riegersburg, brings together the best brewing specialties from the Styrian volcanic region in one place. The range includes beers from six regional breweries: Lava Bräu, Bevog, Walhalla Genusskulisse, Terra Cervisiae, Hermax and, of course, the creations of NOOM Wild Ales. From traditional pilsners and fruity spelt wheat beers to spontaneously fermented wild ales - the store offers a comprehensive insight into the diversity and creativity of the regional art of brewing. As a self-service store, it is flexibly accessible around the clock and accepts both card and cash payments. Located directly on the B66 between Riegersburg and Ilz, the store is easily accessible - a must for lovers of craft beers.

In the cellar of the former Gasthaus Wiedner, NOOM Wild Ales produces spontaneously fermented beers matured in wooden barrels. The beers mature for between 1 and 3 years in oak barrels and are fermented exclusively with wild yeasts and bacteria from nature - without pure yeasts. Thanks to the wild yeasts, they can be kept for years and develop a unique character over time. Master brewer Jakob Marn is inspired by nature and relies on regional, organic ingredients, often from his own farm. Each batch is limited - vibrant, incomparable taste experiences.
