Lookout Unterlamm

Since April 2023, the lookout in Unterlamm has been resplendent in new splendour and with a few more metres of altitude!
The most famous sight in the municipality of Unterlamm is the new lookout in Vorderberg. After an idea by Mr. Thomas Papapietro, the planning and implementation was carried out by the company Holzbau Rosenberger. The foundations were built by Heinrich Bau. With its 15 m it towers over the Vorderberg and invites you to pause for a few minutes and let your gaze wander over our breathtaking region.

HIKING AROUND THE LOOKOUT POST
Autumn is by no means the only time for hiking in nature - in winter with the right footwear, in spring in search of the first signs of spring or in summer with a view of the beautiful landscape - the many hiking trails are waiting to be discovered. The view from the lookout is characterised by numerous extensively cultivated meadows, the many near-natural hedges and the old, large scattered fruit stands and should inspire you to explore all 12 ER habitats in Unterlamm.

PARKING FACILITIES
The lookout point is embedded in a beautiful natural landscape in Vorderberg and can therefore only be reached on foot. Parking is available directly in the village centre of Unterlamm, about 15 minutes' walk from the new lookout point.
