The Hirschmann farm shop is a family business in its 3rd generation. They live and work in Muggendorf in the market community of Straden in southeastern Styria. No preservatives - a lot of manual work - careful processing. Following this motto, they use fruits, vegetables, herbs, and field crops from the gardens and fields, as well as the gardens of their neighbors.

The secret recipe: a lot of fruit/field crops (fresh from the tree/field) - as little sugar as possible - a lot of manual work and a pinch of love. It’s fun and at the same time proud! That's how grandma did it. We are convinced of processing the products as gently as possible and preserving their original taste. The Hirschmann family avoids colorants and preservatives.
