In the unique gourmet manufacturer on a farm in Markt Hartmannsdorf, the finest vinegars are crafted with great love and passion. 

The Manufacturer:
For more than 100 years, the Fritz family has been cultivating their orchards and fields in the Styrian volcanic land. Today, Daniel, the eldest son, continues this story. Since 2015, exceptional quality vinegars have been created here, ranging from classic apple vinegar to unusual varieties like coffee vinegar. Only fruits of optimal freshness and strong aroma are used for his vinegars. Here, a sweet-fruity interplay of old fruit varieties and selected herbs creates the excellent seasoning. 

Tasting Experience: 
In the vinegar cellar - among oak barrels, stainless steel tanks, and vinegar bottles, you will get an up-close look at the production of the vinegars. The highlight is, of course, the vinegar tasting, where you can sample well over ten different varieties of vinegar.

The farm shop is a paradise for all vinegar lovers. Here, you will find not only a wide selection of in-house vinegars, but also other specialties related to this high-quality food and delicacy.
