The Ettl family is very committed to direct marketing. Together they want to secure the location of their farm in the Thermen- & Vulkanland for the next generation and spoil their customers with refined products.
Our products are fattened exclusively in animal-friendly husbandry (no full slatted floor) and the feed for feeding our animals comes mostly from our own farm. Our pumpkin seed oil and our smoked meat have often been awarded prizes at regional tastings.
Variety of products: fresh pork, beef from the farm's own pasture-raised beef, smoked meat of all kinds, pancetta and root bacon, various types of sausages and sausage, Breinwurst and Bratwürstel, pressed sausage, roast pork, Verhackert, Grammeln, Grammelaufstrich, liver spread and much more ...
On advance order we offer products also in the form of gift baskets and platters, as well as marinated chops for the barbecue!
