I am pleased to offer you craniosacral energy work (gentle, manual, non-manipulative form of touch) for body, mind, and soul and coaching in Bad Blumau starting in March. With this offering, I aim to support adults and children in quickly recharging their energy and returning to their health and strength.

Craniosacral Deep Relaxation 60 min.
Simply feel good – In this form of body and energy work, you lie completely relaxed in your clothes on a comfortable massage table and enjoy the touch of the body through the placement of energized hands. This method stimulates the entire energy flow of the body, activating self-healing powers and achieving deep relaxation.

Craniosacral Deep Relaxation and Coaching 90 min.
With a "journey to yourself" – I support you in tracing your "story" in the body memory and help you achieve your personal freedom, health, strength, and success. In this process, I work playfully with various coaching methods, using questioning techniques, images, cards, symbols, etc. and conclude the session with the placement of hands.

Craniosacral Deep Relaxation 60 min.
For children, teenagers, and babies – Craniosacral deep relaxation is especially recommended for children and babies, as they respond particularly well to touch. Highly recommended for restless children or during puberty.

Energy work is an ideal complement to conventional medical treatment and does not replace a visit to the doctor.
