Radio Steiermark AnRADeln - Das Rad-Opening der Steiermark in Bad Radkersburg

Cycling enthusiasts will kick off the new cycling season with new energy at the big bike opening in Bad Radkersburg in the experience region of Thermen- und Vulkanland from April 10 to 12, 2026. Participants and spectators can look forward to a diverse program that weekend.

On Friday at 4:00 PM, the guided "EinRADel-Tour" will start in Bad Radkersburg. The tour will take participants through the picturesque experience region of Thermen- und Vulkanland, where enjoyment and hospitality – the central values of the region – are at the forefront.

On Saturday, Bad Radkersburg will shift gears at the big AnRADeln event! Guided tours for leisure cyclists, e-bikers, road cyclists, families, mountain bikers, and nostalgia cyclists will offer the right adventure for every level, making the hearts of cyclists race. Highlight: The first 1,500 participants will find a well-filled goodie bag waiting for them at the finish line, including a 3-hour ticket for the Parktherme Bad Radkersburg. This allows them to relax and unwind in the soothing thermal water after an exciting day of cycling in Bad Radkersburg. In addition to the athletic challenge, the AnRADeln will be accompanied by excellent regional culinary offerings and music from eXite with Didi Bresnig. There will also be an exciting exhibition by cycling companies.

For those looking to wind down the weekend actively, there will be two great AusRADeln tours on Sunday: the sunrise tour and the Murauen tour.
