With love and passion, we create not just a menu here, but an experience for all the senses. After a warm welcome, you will take a seat for a wine tasting with a local winemaker. With six selected wines, you will hear personal stories from the vineyard, learn about the backgrounds of taste, origin, and the passion behind each drop - a moment of encounter that inspires.
Afterwards, we will serve you a 6-course gala menu in banquet style, where each dish reflects the culinary diversity of our region.
