Following Footsteps in Straden
Th., 12.11.2026 from 19:45 o'clock
"In the moment" - Modern Jazz, Postbop, Fusion.
Following footsteps was founded in 2021 by Karlheinz Miklin jr. What started as an attempt to implement his own musical ideas has since developed into one of the more interesting and successful projects in Austrian modern jazz.
Through numerous concerts, the quartet, consisting of internationally sought-after exceptional musicians, has grown together and developed a very distinctive sound. This sound is rooted equally in tradition and modernity, and is very varied due to the wide stylistic range of both the musicians and Miklin's compositions.
