A poetry slam is a modern poetry competition for the favor of the audience.

The aim is to inspire the audience with the presentation of an original text. There are no restrictions regarding the type of text - prose, poetry, SMS, language experiment, rap, diary entry, dialect poem, something never seen before - everything is allowed and desired. The only thing that is not permitted is continuous singing. Under the premise "respect the Poet," every performing person is given the utmost respect for their presentation.

As always, in the Zehnerhaus, greats from the national and this time German slam scene will compete, and hopefully, you too!
