When you enter Villa Bellevue, you will find a hallway with a checkroom and a guest WC. A spacious kitchen with underfloor heating and a spacious living room with a tiled stove for particularly cold winter days form the heart of the first floor.
The sofa in the living room is a great place to relax in the evenings, or you can help yourself to one of the books in the cupboard.
A seating area with a second dining or games table, a bay window with a reading corner and an electric piano complete the feel-good ambience. The traditional veranda on the first floor offers space for up to eight people, a dining table and chairs. There is also a table tennis table for your entertainment. The Weber barbecue ensures that you don't have to miss out on any amenities while on vacation.
From the first floor you go up to the second floor, where two cozy bedrooms with cherry wood beds await you. Each with a closet with sliding door. Another bedroom has a queen-size bed (1.60 cm) with an adjoining bathroom with shower, WC and underfloor heating. There is also a children's room on the upper floor, which is furnished with a pull-out bed and two small desks.
The main bathroom on the second floor also has a shower, washbasin, WC and underfloor heating. From this bathroom you can access the upper veranda with a view of the Ausseerland. The converted cellar also offers all kinds of luxury for your stay in our vacation home.
Sleeping futon (1.40cm), sauna, shower, a large bathtub, fitness room with ergometer and rowing machine, gym mats and a new TV - you will certainly not miss anything. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar, which you are welcome to use.
