In winter, cross-country skiing fans can reach the entrance to the cross-country ski trail from the Strick Apartment in just a few minutes on foot. The ski bus stop, which takes skiers, snowshoe hikers, and cross-country skiers to Tauplitz, is just a short walk away. An absolute highlight in winter, the traditional Nikolospiel at the village square in Bad Mitterndorf, can also be reached on foot from the accommodation.
