OUR LITTLE COZY HOUSE SURROUNDED BY VINEYARDS, FIELDS AND FORESTS - INVITES YOU TO RELAX. THE HOUSE IS AVAILABLE TO YOU FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE - YOU CAN LET YOUR SOUL DANGLE! Enjoy a bottle of wine on our spacious terrace or on one of our various seating areas by the vineyard, where the fox and the rabbit say "good night" and you can relax, unwind and discover many things. In the picturesque landscape you will see deer, pheasants and various species of birds. Everything you need during your vacation is available in the kitchen. Cooking pots and pans, crockery, tea towels, cutlery and glasses are part of the inventory. A dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (espresso and filter) ensure the best possible comfort. A large flat screen TV in the kitchen-cum-living room with complete SKY package, free W-LAN and air conditioning are also part of the equipment. Fluffy towels are available in the bathrooms with shower and separate toilet. The rooms are equipped with the best comfort mattresses and the double bed also has a topper for the best sleeping quality. And best of all, the house is at your sole disposal! The owners are only occasionally on site, e.g. for gardening NEW 2021 terrace with lounge and BBQ area (gas BBQ)
<p>Conditions</p>
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 days or less before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. For cancellations 14 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The apartment is available to you until 10:00 AM on the day of departure and can be occupied from 2:00 PM.
For a later departure, we charge €20.00 per hour; from 12:00 PM, the current daily rate will be applied.
