Welcome to the "Little Timeout", the cozy holiday home at the vineyard. Here you can enjoy peace, nature, and a dreamy view of the southeastern Styrian hilly landscape – perfect for a relaxing break.
The house offers 4 lovingly furnished rooms with space for up to 9 people, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a quiet courtyard, and a sunny garden – ideal for relaxed breakfasts, an afternoon in the green, or a glass of wine at sunset.

Upon request, a filled fridge (mixed or vegetarian) can be prepared for your arrival for a small fee.

Prices
- WLAN, bed linen, and towels are included
- Local tax until 30.11.2026: €2.50 per person per night (to be paid on site in cash)
- Local tax from 01.12.2026: €2.80 per person per night (to be paid on site in cash)
- Final cleaning: one-time fee of €60
Payment & Cancellation Conditions
- Deposit: 20% of the total amount within 7 days of booking confirmation by bank transfer
- Final payment: at the latest before arrival by transfer or upon arrival in cash (by agreement)
- Cancellation up to 4 days before arrival: free of charge, thereafter: 20% of the total stay
- In case of no-show or late arrival: 90% of the nights missed
Miscellaneous
- Children are warmly welcome, infants up to 3 years: free of charge
- Crib and high chair available upon request (please indicate when booking)
- 2 nights minimum stay, from 6 persons also available from 1 night
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking indoors is not permitted, smoking in outdoor areas (terrace, balcony, garden) is allowed

The holiday home "Kleine Auszeit" is managed by the Thonegg family. The house is the parental home of Bernadette and has been lovingly renovated and redesigned by the family, creating a cozy place to feel good.
