In the middle of the eastern Styrian hills, surrounded by meadows and forests, lies the idyllic Stöckl am Köberlberg from the year 1881. Old brick floor, 50cm thick walls with clay plaster, underfloor heating, and a stove create a cozy atmosphere.
In the house, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, bright bathroom, 2 WCs, living room, and 2 bedrooms under the roof. One bedroom is for two people and the second bedroom is suitable for only one person, as the bed is only 140x200. Non-smoking house. A shady garden surrounded by trees with a wooden lounger and your own seating area belongs exclusively to you. An old stone bench against the house wall, swimming pond with wooden walkway, bocce court with seating area, and a campfire spot invite you to relax.
Quiet, nature-close location, with some art objects to marvel at, an orchard, and a diverse wildlife provide time for relaxation and enjoyment. 5 thermal baths nearby, cycling and hiking trails, castles, fortresses, wine taverns, glass manufacturing, and many local producers can be found in close proximity. The most culinary-rich community invites you on a journey of discovery.

Franz & Maria Dorrer
We, Franz and Maria, have turned an old Styrian farmhouse into our refuge with great attention to detail, taking into account ecological construction insights and using natural building materials such as wood, bricks, clay, and lime. We rent out the completely renovated cellar building (press house) belonging to the farm as a vacation home.
Maria is a yoga teacher and trained expert in herbs and green cosmetics, and she is happy to share her knowledge.
Franz collects antiques/second-hand goods as well as coins, enjoys working around the house and farm, and is happy to invite you to a bottle of wine in his cellar.
