The Erlacher winery is in its second generation, and the vinification of wines of the highest quality is now, as it was then, the top priority of the Erlachers. The warm, sandy gravel soils help our vines achieve excellent ripeness and meet this self-imposed quality standard. Josef and Monika Erlacher are committed to providing the best conditions for excellent grape quality for the vines on their farm.

At the Erlacher winery, wine has been vinified for over 40 years according to their motto "Wine of the Finest." The head winemaker, Josef, is committed year after year to taking great care of his vineyards so that the grapes have the best conditions to live up to this motto. However, since wine is not the only product that can be made from grapes, it wasn't long before the product range was expanded. Now there is not only "Wine of the Finest" but also "Juice of the Finest," "Vinegar of the Finest," "Frizzante of the Finest," and a few more culinary delights.
