We shoot up from the ground, we appear, we are suddenly here! That's how pop-up works. Well, actually it's not exactly like that, because we are always here – but our Buschenschank shows up when the time is right.

Different every time, each time with newly created dishes. And we are quite adventurous – if you understand what we mean.

Our Pop-up Buschenschank is open every Friday to Sunday from 4:00 PM. Like a phoenix from the ashes, it "appears" again each time with a different theme and delicious offerings in solid and liquid form from our house. Among other things, we serve Binkerljause, pork roast wrap, vegetarian and vegan options, as well as sweet treats to melt away. Curious? Then check a table for yourself today.
