The mild climate, the fertile and nutrient-rich soils around Hirsdorf in the municipality of Gnas and the passion for the farm are the success factors of the Schadler family. They have been involved in direct marketing for over 50 years and the numerous awards they have won are testimony to a strict commitment to quality.

Products: Bread, spreads, roast pork, smoked meat, house sausages, brawn, potato sausage and Breinwurst according to season, to pumpkin seed oil and nibbles in a variety of flavors.
