Fritz Rauer, together with his family, runs an agricultural business in its fifth generation in Bierbaum near Bad Blumau. To facilitate the understanding of production, you can observe it in Rauers Vitaminreich, an experiential world. From sowing to crisp vegetables, you can witness the production of the products and then taste them.

Fritz Rauer is a visionary vitamin tinkerer, passionate enjoyment expert, and innovative pioneer in local superfoods. The flagship product is undoubtedly the organic sprouts from the Rauer family. In addition, crisp vegetables, various salads, and fine oils are cultivated and processed. For pest control, alongside conventional methods, beneficial insects that counteract pests as natural antagonists are also used. This helps to protect the environment, and the products are treated with as few pesticides as possible.

Duration: approx. 1.5 - 2 hours (tour of the vegetable production facility + tasting)

approx. 2 - 2.5 hours    (including a tour of the raw materials & food processing facility + tasting)
