Delicious rolls and crispy pastries leave the oven all day long. Our bakery products include fresh rolls, various pastries such as Weckerl, Salzstangerl, Kipferl or different types of bread and various spelt breads made from Vulkanland flour. On advance order we bake with much love individual cakes for all kinds of occasions. Enjoy our homemade ice cream! Our master business is very strongly rooted in the Styrian Volcano Land and therefore we obtain our raw materials largely from the region. Of course, we do without ready-made baking mixtures and produce all products in traditional craftsmanship. We can proudly point to the Innovation Award 2016 from the Verbund Steirisches Vulkanland for our delicious volcanic bread.
