Pork has always been smoked for our own needs, and since 1989 we have also started to sell our own products, thus laying the foundation for today's direct marketing.
Importance is attached to species-appropriate animal husbandry, near-natural management of agricultural land and high-quality processing of the pig.
Margit creates all kinds of delicacies from her own produce, such as cold buffets, sandwiches, cold cuts platters and gift baskets.
