The run for the whole family through the most beautiful floodplain landscape of Austria. Enjoy this fantastic sporting event, cheer on your children/grandchildren and all runners in their races, and savor the culinary delights.

From 11 a.m. distribution of starter bags and race numbers with integrated chips at the cultural center (Lorberplatz 1)
1:00 p.m. children's race
1:45 p.m. youth race
2:30 p.m. walking competition
3:00 p.m. main races (5.1 & 10.2 km)
5:30 p.m. after run party with the Turtleheads

Unique backdrop

The Murau wetlands, with their 3,000 ha, are the second largest contiguous floodplain area in Austria and part of the Natura 2000 protected areas of the EU – the perfect setting for the running competition in harmony with nature. The start and finish are at the main square of Mureck. Here, a colorful supporting program unfolds: regional delicacies, information booths, and music create a great atmosphere throughout the day. At 5:30 p.m., the big after-run party with the Turtleheads starts.
