A delightful evening in the pavilion on the vineyard!
Rare gems from the wine treasure chamber around Sauvignon blanc from the castle will be served. Our wine castle kitchen offers a special 10-course menu to accompany them. The feast takes place in a unique setting high above the vineyards, in our pavilion.
We welcome you with an aperitif and fine finger food in a stunning location overlooking the vineyards. While the winegrower siblings Katharina & Karl provide fascinating insights into the last decades of Sauvignon blanc from the castle, you will be pampered by our top-notch kitchen team. Together, Werner Gschiel, Johannes Neumann, and Michaela Thaller will create culinary masterpieces that will make your heart race!
