When autumn bathes the volcanic region in warm colors and the days grow shorter, it is time for one of the most beautiful culinary traditions: the Martin goose dinner. On selected evenings in November, we serve a multi-course menu centered around the regionally sourced Martin goose from Hütter Pute & Huhn - crispy, juicy, and accompanied by flavored red cabbage, homemade dumplings, and young wines from the region.
This experience is far more than a dinner: it is a feast for the palate, an expression of lived tradition, and a moment to share with friends or family. The combination of warm hospitality, regional cuisine, and a cozy atmosphere makes the evening a highlight of the autumn season.
