A traditional festival featuring literature, authentic folk music, and down-to-earth culinary delights.

"Feel the wealth of poverty," that is the message of the festival that has been successfully held in the jewel Khünegg near St. Peter am Ottersbach for over 25 years. Nothing has been left to chance here. Fred Stohmeier's story "The Festival" was used as a template for this celebration, creating a unique festivity.

Readings under the pear tree, authentic folk music - primarily string, theatrical performances, and last but not least, culinary delights from grandmother's kitchen - these are the cornerstones of this festival.

The festival is organized by the volunteer fire department Khünegg, with HBI Stefan Reichmann, Manfred Kargl, and many others. About 60 volunteers ensure this extraordinary and authentic experience at the wine festival.
