"Ein Bad nehmen" in Fürstenfeld

An audio piece walk in the Fürstenfeld swimming pool by Kerstin Reyer & Sophie Netzer.
The artists invite the visitors on a collective journey through the history of local bathing culture. At the center of the piece is the relationship between humans and water, as well as bathing as a cultural practice.
Based on historical materials, interviews, and self-developed narratives, an audio play is created that transforms the outdoor pool into a stage. Equipped with headphones and a towel over their shoulders, the participants move through the area of the outdoor pool. The pool tells its story while performers, a group of swimmers and divers, accompany the events.
