The snow-sure Loser family ski resort in Altaussee in the Styrian Salzkammergut extends over 1,000 metres in altitude and offers an attractive range of 34 kilometres of excellently groomed pistes.

The skiing area at mountain Loser is a small, fine ski area without a large après-ski operation and with short waiting times at the lifts. Outdoor winter sports will therefore also be easy to organise on the Loser in the coming season.
The new Loser Panoramabahn offers a breathtaking panoramic view and allows undisturbed fun on the piste without long waiting times. Skiers, tobogganists and winter hikers can reach the mountain quickly and comfortably on the barrier-free cabin lift.
Beginners and advanced skiers alike will find plenty of space to glide, carve and turn on the newly optimised pistes.
The spectacular freeride areas and the ‘Loserfenster’ fun park offer pure action.
For beginners, the path to Styrias longest family descent is clear after practice lessons in the Skikinderland. The groomed panoramic road offers fun for tobogganists & hikers.
Cosy ski huts directly on the slopes tempt you to stop for a bite to eat with fog-free views of Ausseerland.

Thanks to the new gondola lift, the ideal altitude and full snowmaking, you can also enjoy fun on the slopes outside the high season from the first snowfall right through to spring.
