Meat & green eggs are what Christian Schilcher is passionate about at the Gourmet Atelier. Local meat from the farmer next door or selected English from the butcher of confidence hang in their own Dry Ager and mature into delicacies of its kind.
After perfect maturation, the steaks and the resulting dishes are cooked over charcoal in the Big Green Egg. Kerstin, the woman behind a heavy man, "without her nix would go", says Christian. She takes care of our guests with great attention to detail. A wine selection that does not follow the mainstream and noble distillates are ready for you in the Gourmet Atelier.
Dry Aged Beef from the region as a real steak on the bone, ripped or also as a tartar depending on availability. The taste makes meat lovers melt away. The Styrian, regional and especially the domestic influence are noticeable in the Steirerhütte.
