Every Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. freshly caught char from the Ausseerland is served on the panoramic terrace of the mountain inn Hollhaus.

While enjoying the freshly grilled char, the panoramic terrace of the Berggasthof Hollhaus invites you to linger with an impressive view over the Tauplitzalm all the way to the Dachstein. The fresh char from the region, the warm hospitality, and the unique mountain backdrop make the grill evening a special culinary experience in the Ausseerland.

As the chars are grilled fresh, a reservation is kindly requested at least one day in advance.
