Information
The Gindlhütte is located on the beautiful Tauplitzalm in the Ausseerland Salzkammergut.
The alpine hut was built in 2004 and there are two holiday apartments available for up to six people. A car is not necessary here. All six mountain lakes of the Tauplitzalm as well as the surrounding mountains are accessible on foot.
In winter, you can reach the Tauplitz cable car from the accommodation in just a few minutes. The Tauplitzalm is especially known for its snow reliability and excellent slope conditions. The cross-country ski trail and the winter hiking trail pass directly by the Gindlhütte.
In the hut, there are two modernly furnished apartments, each offering space for up to six people. Each apartment features two cozy double bedrooms, a living-kitchen area with a seating area and pull-out couch, as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The balcony, garden, and meadows around the hut allow for a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.

via the Southern Highway A2, the S6 to St. Michael, then on A9 Phyrn Highway, exit Liezen until the Trautenfels intersection - turnoff to Ausseerland

via the Western Highway A1, exit Regau to Gmunden, then on B145 to Bad Ischl, turnoff to Ausseerland/Liezen
from the direction of Salzburg
via the Tauern Highway A10, until exit Golling, then on B162 towards Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstatt on B166, keeping left towards Bad Goisern, entrance to B145 towards Bad Aussee/Liezen
from the direction of Carinthia
via the Tauern Highway A10, until exit Eben, then on B99 towards Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstatt on B166, keeping left towards Bad Goisern, entrance to B145 towards Bad Aussee/Liezen
