The apartment is located in a sunny holiday complex on the southern slope, surrounded by the impressive mountains of the Ausseerland region. The golf course of the Golfclub Ausseerland, the Narzissen Vital Bad with its saltwater pool, and the access to the cross-country ski trail are just a few steps away, making the accommodation an ideal starting point for sports and nature lovers.
The Loser–Sandling ski resort with numerous lifts, ski schools, children's ski courses, and the popular Rettenbach-Blaa-Alm cross-country ski trail can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
A special highlight is the indoor pool with sauna area, located just a few steps from the apartment and available to guests free of charge.
A free parking space is located directly in front of the house. The center of Bad Aussee can be reached by car in about 5 minutes, and the BILLA supermarket in approximately 3 minutes.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
